Safety note:

It is very important to have rubber contact vehicle frame in order to properly secure and lift vehicle safely. Steel contact to a frame of a vehicle can cause vehicle to slip off.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTION:

Remove old hardware and pads from adaptor. If the centre bolt is seized place adaptor into a bench vise to secure adaptor.Once the adaptor is properly secured use a hand grinder and grind off the seized centre bolt. Please make sure your using proper safety glasses or a shield when grinding. In most cases you will have to drill out the centre bolt with a smaller drill bit and run threw a tap to expose existing thread. Once that is complete, Clean the surface of the adaptor using a soft grinding disk to eliminate any sharp edges that can damage pad effecting its durability. Install the new pad with the flat pad surface facing down. Install hardware using some anti seize to provide easy removal next time. Repeat these steps 3 more times and your installation is complete. Your lifting equipment is ready to be safely used.

PAD MAINTENANCE TIP:

Keeping your lift pads clean at all times will extend the Life of the pad. Once the vehicle has been removed and before loading another, a quick wipe will keep oils and other chemical from deteriarating rubber material.
